This is a gravimetric grinder (grinder with a built in scale) that has incredible accuracy and precision. It has 85mm titanium burrs, climate control for the grind chamber, and a variable speed motor.
This unit is used, but well loved. We recently replaced the load cell (scale), burrs, clump breaker, and gave it a deep cleaning. It was then stress tested on all settings with about 5lbs of coffee.
