La Marzocco Strada EP
This machine has been Revived By Invoke™
The Strada EP is one of the most capable and powerful espresso machines in the industry. Utilizing the pressure profile system, coffee can be brewed in unique ways that no other machine can match.
-All new valves throughout
-All 3 boilers descaled en vitro
-All 3 heating elements replaced
-Hydraulic pathway has been cleaned, annulled and reset
-Both gear pumps are rebuilt
-All 3 displays are new
-Proportional DC solenoid steam valves (new)
-Added 0.6mm ruby restrictors to group hydraulics for soft pre-infusion
-Custom built coffee flow reducer with accumulator for low pressure pre-infusion
-Added RGBW remote controlled LED to internals, which shine through the glass panels
The Strada EP was designed by the La Marzocco “street team.” A group of world renowned coffee professionals were asked to list all the features they wanted to see in their “Dream Machine,” and La Marzocco built the Strada EP.
DC proportional gear motors individually control the pressure and flow to each group. The coffee can be brewed in “Manual” mode where the barista moves the paddle to different positions to increase or decrease the pressure during the extraction.
These profiles can then be programmed into the machine, and selected so the machine repeats these profiles with precision for the barista. While in the preset-profile mode, the machine acts like a semi-automatic, but runs the pressure profile during the shot.
Each group has up to 4 profiles that can be saved, as well as a manual mode.
The Strada EP is no longer available through La Marzocco, and was a made-to-order custom machine when it was available. Only a few hundred were made for the US market. The Strada EP has been replaced by the Strada X ($35,000+)

To be considered Revived:
A machine is completely disassembled. Every nut, bolt, pipe, gauge, meter, wire and component is removed and repaired or replaced. While completely disassembled the machine is descaled, quenched, and cleaned. The panels and frame are professionally powder coated or electroplated. Each component is reassembled, and bench tested for 48 hours. Only then can a machine earn the name Revived. It receives a custom serialized nameplate with the date of installation.
Revived machines come with a 1 year limited warranty for parts and labor.
